Korea Business Development Center(KBDC) is a nonprofit Korean government agency established to implement government policies and programs supporting Korean SMEs(Small and Medium sized Enterprises)s expand their businesses to the US. We provide Korean SMEs with office space as well as marketing, law, tax and accounting consulting services.


Responsibilities including, but are not limited to

  • General accounting including A/R, A/P, quarter settlement report using SAP/ERP
  • Performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks for the office
  • Accurately maintain databases; organize and maintain files and records, electronic and physical
  • Maintain reception duties and tasks including greeting, directing visitors and phone calls
  • Perform Other related duties as require


Requirements : 

  1. Solid communication skills in English and Korean (both written and verbal)
  2. Excellent or full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. (Ability to use Hancom Office will be preferred)
  3. Customer-oriented multi-tasking
  4. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  5. Must be detail-oriented and have demonstrated organizational skills
  6. Must have the ability to meet deadlines


Job Title: Office Administrator/Receptionist

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Fort Lee, NJ

Hours: 9am-5pm Mon-Fri (40 hours a week)


Required education: Bachelor’s Degree is required

Required language: Bilingual a must: English/Korean



  • There will be a 3 month probation period
  • Must be legally authorized to work in US. (VISA Sponsorship is not offered)
