Key responsibilities include:

- Provide both clerical and administrative support to CEO

- Arrange conferences, meetings, travel and accommodation reservations for CEO and office personnel

- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.

- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, 

  database management, and other applications

- Order and dispense office and pantry supplies

- Sort and distribute incoming mail, and organize and send outgoing mail

Desired Key Qualifications:

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are required along with the ability to work independently and with fellow employees

- Meticulous and well organised

- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience


Must be eligible to work in the US
