Sales Engineers are the primary field sales force for FleetUP. Sales Engineers are responsible for all client-facing communications and transactions including: all stages of the sales process, product installation, and account monitoring. The Sales Engineer should have strong project management skills and be able to articulate the product and the technology to both business and technical users. They should also be strong at problem solving and troubleshooting. The Sales Engineer must be able to identify technical issues with the hardware and software. The Sales Engineer is committed to client satisfaction and able to maintain outstanding relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Sales

  • Responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Able to travel throughout sales territory
  • Work closely with sales managers to close leads

Installation

  • Responsible for product hardware installation, maintenance and client support
  • Responsible for keeping accurate records and data entry
  • Able to schedule and manage installation projects

Account Monitoring

  • Responsible for managing client data and resolving issues
  • Proactive in searching for inaccuracies in data and troubleshooting
